Abstract
Purpose: To study transparency conductibility thin film, Sn-Chloride and that was Soluble salts was used as a basic material and thin film was made by using sol-gel method.

Method: P-doped thin films were prepared by coating-pyrolysis process in the air at 2000 rpm for 10 seconds and pre-heated at for 10 min.

Results: Any crack or pore was not appeared on Surface of thin film in case of coating number of times in 5th, 10th case start of crack appear but microscopic pore were observed according as increase in 15th and 20th. Transmissivity in visible area is displaying about 85~90% in case of thin film that do 5th and 10th coating, but according as coating number of times increases in 15th and 20th, transmissivity of thin film decreased rapidly by 80%. Resistance that use four probe method coating number of times of thin film 10th it was when is and according as coating withdrawal increases in 15th and 20th, resistance value of thin film increased rapidly by and .

Conclusions: Transmissivity in visible area of thin film that do 10th coating was very high by 85~90%, and resistance value showed enough special quality to be used as a transparency conductibility thin film.
